Cots and high chairs are available on request. The kitchen is built for proper cooking rather than reheating, with a full hob, oven, island, and an espresso machine for the parents who need one. The 4K TV is set up with Netflix and an Xbox, and there is a solid selection of board games in the living room.

Underfloor heating runs throughout, which makes cold mornings workable for children in pyjamas. Smart locks mean no faff on arrival. Fast fibre broadband means iPads work and films stream without drama.
